Enhancements to Arvest Bank Online Banking and Mobile App

Arvest Bank is excited to announce recent updates to both our Arvest Go mobile app and Online Banking with BlueIQ™, designed to provide you with an even better and more seamless banking experience. These improvements, directly inspired by valuable feedback from our customers, are now live and ready for you to enjoy.

Arvest Go Mobile App Updates

The latest version of the Arvest Go mobile app, available for download or automatic update starting August 8th, includes several key enhancements focused on clarity and ease of use.

  • Improved Account Balance Visibility During Transfers: We’ve made it clearer to see your current account balance when you are transferring funds between your Arvest accounts. This ensures you have the most up-to-date information at your fingertips while managing your money.
  • Enhanced Display for Accounts Below Zero: For added clarity, we’ve refined how account balances are displayed when they dip below zero, making it easier to understand your account status at a glance.
  • Faster Pending Transaction Display: Pending transactions now appear much quicker, giving you a more real-time view of your account activity. To streamline balance calculations and reduce potential confusion, we’ve removed the running balance for pending transactions. Your accurate, current balance (minus pending transactions) remains prominently displayed at the top right of the Transactions screen, as well as on the Accounts screen, Widget, and Quick View.
  • More Detailed Mobile Check Deposit Confirmation: Depositing checks through your mobile app is now even more transparent. We’ve added more detail to the Mobile Check Deposit confirmation screen, giving you greater assurance and information about your deposit.
  • Simplified Access to Widget and Quick View Settings: Managing your Widget and Quick View settings is now more intuitive. We’ve relocated these settings to the main Settings menu within the app, making them easier to find and customize to your preferences.

Online Banking with BlueIQ™ Updates

We’ve also implemented an important update to Online Banking with BlueIQ™ to improve balance clarity.

  • Streamlined Balance View by Removing Running Balance for Pending Transactions: Similar to the mobile app update, we’ve removed the running balance for pending transactions in Online Banking. This change reduces potential confusion related to balance calculations throughout the day. Your accurate account balance, reflecting deductions for pending transactions, is clearly shown in the blue header on the Transactions tab and on your Dashboard.
