They believe Goku’s Saiyan DNA is the key to empowering Mira, strengthening him for his planned invasion of Earth in the future timeline. To execute their plans, they have subtly infiltrated and manipulated existing forces. Frieza’s army and the remnants of the Red Ribbon Army, now known as the Red Pants Army, have fallen under their influence, becoming pawns in their time-bending game. A chilling hallmark of Mira and Towa’s control is the “Dark Eye” henchmen. These individuals, victims of mind control, are identifiable by a distinct green gem, marked with an “X,” embedded in their forehead, chest, or sometimes manifested as a mask.
Players in Dragon Ball Online are thrust into this turbulent timeline as characters from an unspecified era. Pulled through a time rift created by Mira and Towa’s machinations, players find themselves in Age 1000. Guided by the Time Patrol and aided by Trunks, a familiar face for Dragon Ball fans, players embark on a journey through different time periods. Interestingly, the game lore reveals that New Planet Namek was tragically destroyed by Mira in Age 853. As a consequence, sections of Earth have undergone transformations, mirroring the landscapes of the lost Namekian homeworld.
